We, the undersigned, have agreed to breed _____________to______________

The
following conditions will apply:
1.
The bitch owner shall
supply the stud dog owner copies of OFA hip and elbow clearances and current CERF
clearance.
2.
The stud dog owner shall
supply the bitch owner copies of OFA hip and elbow clearances and current CERF
clearance.
3.
If a natural breeding is
to take place, the above named bitch shall have a brucellosis test prior to the
mating and a copy of the report must be supplied to the owner of the stud
dog.
4.
The stud fee is $_____.
The bitch owner shall pay $200 non-refundable service fee before the
mating takes place with the balance of $_____ due before the AKC litter
registration is signed by the stud dog owner when the litter is born.
5.
A litter consists of two
puppies that live at least 48 hours. If
only one puppy is born and lives past 48 hours, the stud dog owner will sign the
AKC litter papers. The bitch owner
must notify the stud dog owner when the litter is born.
6.
If semen is to be shipped
to the bitch owner, the bitch owner is responsible for all costs related to
obtaining and shipping the semen. This includes, but is not limited to,
obtaining the box and kits for shipping, vet costs, and shipping fees.
